              多重安全保障，确保绝对安全

   工作流程：

    1. 中央控制系统接收第N台保温炉缺铝信号；

    2. 发出输送铝液命令至智能运输叉车；

    3. 智能运输叉车到达缺铝保温炉指定位置；

    4. 按设定量由气压式定量铝水包输入铝液至保温炉；

    5. 完成命令后回到待机位置或直接执行下一次命令。

    Work process:

              1. The central control system receives the aluminum insufficiency signal of the Nth holding furnace.

              2. Send the command needing aluminum to the intelligent transportation forklift.

              3. The intelligent transportation forklift arrives at the designated position of the aluminum- insufficiency holding furnace.

              4. According to the set weight, the aluminum liquid is filled into the holding furnace from the pneumatic dosing aluminum container.

              5.  Return back to the standby position after completing the command or directly execute the next command.

   10.配合众创智能的网络工程，智能决定注汤时间、注汤汤量；

   11.智能运输车的提升运动行程为0-2400mm,提升高度可自由设定；

   12.由于气压式铝水包出铝口基准高度为1500mm，所以，以地面为测量基准得出注铝的有效范围为：1500-3900mm；

   13.智能运输车采用友好的人机交互系统，行走速度为1-50m/min自由可调；

   14.障碍物检测基准可选择10-3000mm；

   15.重复定位精度可控制在±10mm。

  Function and features:

          11. The lifting distance of the intelligent transport vehicle is from 0 to 1000mm, and the lifting height can be set freely.

          12. Because the base height of the Pneumatic dosing aluminum container outlet is 1500mm, the effective range of aluminum filling is 1500-2500mm based on the ground.

          13. The intelligent transport vehicle adopts a friendly human-computer interaction system, and the walking speed is freely adjustable from 1 to 50 m/min.

          14. Obstacle detection benchmark can be selected from 10-3000mm.

          15. Repeat positioning accuracy can be controlled to ±10mm.
