功能特征：

4.非倾转的注汤方式避免铝水飞溅的可能；
5.系统配备了手动、全自动二种操作模式；
6.气压式铝水包采用智能闭环控制，可根据单台保温炉的大小自由设定铝水供给量：
7.由于采用固定的出铝水口径，单位时间的出铝量基准为8kg/s，建压、降压、注铝时间综合统计后，每分钟的有效注铝能力约为400kg；
8.在出铝基准8kg/s的基础之上，系统提供±50%可调范围，即4kg/s-12kg/s可调。

5. The system is equipped with two modes of operation: manua landautomatic.
6. The pneumatic aluminum container adopts intelligent closed-loop control which provides the following function and the aluminum supply can be freely set according to the size of a holding furnace.
7. The effective aluminum filling capacity is about 400kg/min due to the fixed aluminum outlet caliber, (the basis for aluminum output per unit time is 8kg/s), thinking about the comprehensive statistics of pressure boost, pressure reduction and aluminum filling time.
8. On the basis of 8 kg/s aluminium production standard, the system provides an adjustable ±50% range (4 kg/s-12 kg/s).
