气压式定量包：

功能特征：
1.全密封运输，最大限度降低温降的同时提供了绝佳的安全性；
2.定量式倾注铝液，降低劳动强度的同时最大限度地保证安全；
3.非倾转的注汤方式避免铝水飞溅的可能；
4.系统配备了手动、半自动、全自动三种操作模式；
5.气压式铝水包采用智能闭环控制，可根据单台保温炉的大小自由设定铝水供给量：
6.由于采用固定的出铝水口径，单位时间的出铝量基准为8kg/s，建压、降压、注铝时间综合统计后，每分钟的有效注铝能力约为400kg；
7.系统可与内置安全回路，做出安全液位的响应。

5. The pneumatic aluminum container adopts intelligent closed-loop control which provides the following function that the aluminum supply can be freely set according to the size of a holding furnace.
6. The effective aluminum filling capacity is about 400kg/min due to the fixed aluminum outlet caliber, (the basis for aluminum output per unit time is 8kg/s), thinking about the comprehensive statistics of pressure boost, pressure reduction and aluminum filling time.
7. The system can set the satety chain to give the response of the safe liquid level.
